watching the finale of 23 season of Amazing Race

so glad that amy and jason won the race!!! they truly deserved it, not that the other team don't. what i really saw from them is true team work, lots of love and patience~ amy been very nice to travis and nicole team, helping nicole along the way in a lot of challenges.. nicole stumbled whenever travis starts getting impatient and shout at her... they did quite well at the beginning of the race, i was quite surprised they got weaker and weaker... i always like team amy and jason, both strong in their own ways.. I'm so happy for them... last leg of this race brought them to juneau, alaska. usually at the last leg there's a lot of physical challenge, so they did some ice climbing, digging & kayaking... One of my personal favourite was to watch the finale route info challenge to differentiate the winner before the finishing line. it has always got to do with the order of the countries they previously visited, I remembered there was once they need to spell "hello" in the various languages, the clothing of the people who greet them on the map... Or even how well they know each other in the race...

Therefore all the contestant will always jot down the countries they visited, the people who greets them on the mat, the language, the sight and sound. This time round, great! They surprised me with the currency of the countries, personally I think it wasn't too bad compare to some really brain wreaking challenge which are ridiculously hard to complete.

Going back to 新加坡

This is my last night in korea... though cant bear to switch off my holiday mode.. i miss my bed, my room and my lovely 家。wonder if mum & dad got miss me bor.. haaa.. i usually dont call home or tell them i reach safety or not unless i go mountain area haaa...

My birthday trip to seoul is quite a lot of shopping and eating... make me realise i m not really a cosmopolitian girl, i love walking in a city just to feel the vibrant and energy, the culture, the people... but shopping trip is really tiring, esp in the cold bitter winter :) luckily i've got the company of the 2 warm sweet thoughtful friends which make up for the lip biting coldness..

I did some self control in those korea cosmetic shop initially but later on realise the only things that are cheap here is the masks & cosmetics therefore ended up getting quite a bit which you have no idea is for who yet but just buy incase you dont have enough when you get back... haaaa

Cant wait for my year end lijiang trip, as i heard shangrila is the closest to heaven.... the view must be awesome♥

Why did i agree on so many trip during year end? Haaa... but overall i think its pretty good to be able to enjoy 3 different kinds of vacation... its been awhile since i went to beaches... 好怀恋沙滩与大海。it's been awhile since i dive, guess if i really want i will need a refresher course in boracay...

29迈进30就在首尔

Sarangheyo~♥ 30岁的生日就这样到了, 感觉也没什么。也没因此瞬间变老,也没因此瞬间长大而改变对生活的想法。 我还是那么幼稚,花吃,爱玩,爱闹,有时很白痴,有时笨笨呆呆的,只要生活中充满欢笑,我想我是幸福的。总觉的人活在这时代还是过的呆呆傻傻的比较幸福。哈哈!

小姑去陪伴ah-ma了

今天在送小姑的路上时,天空立刻放晴。让我们一点也不嗮,一旦上了巴士载送到光明山天空就下起大雨。老人家说这是不舎得, 也让我傻傻望着车外感到无比的怜惜和悲伤。

虽然和ber-gor没有很深的感情但知道她心地善良,和蔼可亲。从小就心脏不好,开过刀,左手也无力。小姑从小就只用右手凡事亲力亲为,不麻烦人也不要求什么。从爸妈口里知道她很节省不舍得花钱,把大家平时给的都存起来。因为不想麻烦大家, 小姑也因此迟迟没去换心脏里的仪器,突然一天心脏膨胀的太大立即进院。在动过手术后还是没好起来。

我想Ber-gor现在应该在ah-ma的身边, 陪伴ah-ma。就像以前一样。

I finally got my blog back...Dear 30november, I miss you so much~

One fateful night last week, my hand was so itchy that i removed myself from the current blog author.

Previously, My blog keeps on having a weird bug, whichever button I clicked, it just keeps showing all post page... I can't change template, layout or even backup or export my blog.

But now I got my blog linked back and everything is back to normal, all the button works!! It was a blessing in disguise.... *muack* Thanks Hermione at blogger for the help...silly me...

A week without ranting on my blog, I found my diary hidden somewhere in the cupboard and decided to scribble on it.... Flipping to my last entry was 2006... 时间会慢慢冲淡一切，但人老了越会回忆起当年大家玩在一起时候的回忆。and, this weekend rovers 的Dnd大家会想起你吧。现在30的我再次想起这些回忆已经不哭了，我会在diary写下开心的回忆来陪伴你!

Hahaa... next time if i have kids, i really afraid i will snatch it from them. Luckily nowadays kids doesnt really like doraemon. The only know pokemon and benten or ninja-go.... haaa... praying hard xiang xiang wont want this...

哎呀,我的腿。

After the long day at lantau peak on saturday, my pig leg ache ache ache... i wanted to roll down mongkok station whenever i saw staircase going down to the mtr... going up is less painful, i thought my legs are strong enough to withstand the 8hours trek apparently i need more training!!! Haaaa...cos previously after the 5hr cycling to changi, my legs survived without any ache or pain... i guess is the different sets of muscles...

Ahhh.. finally back to sg, after unpacking and laundry... sticked on the medicated plaster i got from hongkong.. wah.. very cooling and effective!!! I should have bought it the day after the trek.. haaa.. but the pain only got worst on monday.. haaa.. delayed effect of muscle ache...

We went to disneyland halloween on sunday night. It was quite good actually, didnt expect to enjoy that many rides... cos most of the time it's the long queue and the heat that i will tend to avoid. In the night, it was pretty cooling, lesser kids and crowd due to halloween night.. haaa.. we went to 2 haunted house, weird thing is i wasnt even scared as i know it's all human acting and sneaking around in the corner. Even roughly know where and when to expect them. But i m still scared of horror movies! Haha dont ask me why, it's same same but different.

Too bad we didnt have time for ocean park, perhaps next year 31st birthday for ah fang.. wahaaa...

Weekend getaway to hongkong...

Coming back to hongkong just confirmed one thing... I don't really like hongkong,  I know i know hong kong might not like me as well... Haaaa... First day step down to the airport, feels very much like singapore, it's a city like Singapore.  

And, till now all my breakfast is dim sum, dim sum and more dim sum... I gonna go crazy eating dim sum here... Need a change for tomorrow breakfast!! 

But today we did something out of our normal ordinary routine of shopping and eating in hongkong. We took bus 11 to pak Kung au (tung Chung) and began our long way up to lantau peak.. The sun is extremely hot, determined to roast me into bak kwa... Before that we went to took photo at where running man filmed the hongkong series... Super happy for awhile, cos once we start to ascend Lantau peak, it's all the way up, more and more steps, higher and higher... I had to battle with bees and butterflies along the way up... The bees here in hongkong, looks like mutant... So scary I look at them in the eye when they landed on my bag while we were resting up at the Lantau peak... Lantau peak is around 910m above sea level, that's like 8 times of bt timah, so we actually when up bt timah 8time haaa.... 

I was really exhausted when I was coming down, imagine my legs are kind of going weak and wobbly. Trembling as I descend from rock to rock. After the whole journey down, we were all super tired... Haaaa... It was fun to experience hongkong trekking trail....

And today is miss tan birthday, she already sleeping like a dead log. Wish her forever youth and hope she find new love and happiness... Hahaaaa.. Should order her a male duck in hongkong... Bahhaaaa... Good night!!

虫虫危机的一天

晚上跑步回家被bug戳眼睛。。。妈呀我快吓哭啦！要不是朋友在场，不想丢脸，我应该会哭着回家。。哈哈哈。。我差一点瞎了， bug它强奸我的右眼。｡：ﾟ(｡ﾉω＼｡)ﾟ･｡

回想起就很恐怖为何偏偏飞向我眼睛，不怕才怪！幸亏是bug, 不是小强，不然我会自己戳瞎我的眼睛。哈哈哈。

我在bangkok train上算是非常勇敢了，打死小强还安然无恙的继续睡。我想这是我的唯一光荣史吧。

为什么＂一些人＂这么怕昆虫类呢？ 是谁教我因该怕它们呢？老妈老爸都不怕，shufang也不怕，waileng也不怕，penny也不怕，为什么我怕怕？姐姐好像比我还要怕，因该是她从小教的哈哈哈哈。。。希望翔翔长大可以帮姨姨。heheee...

是昆虫的我都几乎全全包怕。真没用，真想狠狠的一巴掌打醒自己，就如他们说你比它们大好多，该怕的是它们吧~ 可是它们偏偏比我还疯狂，乱飞乱爬乱跳。如果它们能乖乖飞in a line, or walk in single file, 我可能就能避免不必要的惨叫声。

Mum cooked lotus peanuts soup although i m already super full... went to heat it up..hahaa.. bro already warned me to watch the soup dont burnt it... i still happily went back room to watch dexter... only to hear my brother crying out loud from the toilet... 又不小心睡着了

昨晚不小心睡着了，现在起的好早哈哈哈 天都还没亮！就blog 意思意思一下。

左脚knee cap 隐隐痛了因该有一个礼拜了吧，朋友说是因为啤酒 gout mah haaa... celebrate holiday mah... 小喝两杯... 想看医生可是因该会给我painkiller and gel... 我也因此没运动，昨天还是冒着＂脚命危险＂去跑步，不只脚没事，它奇迹般的活了起来，没那么痛了，可能blood flow through the aching veins... Haaa... Who knows..可能明天肿更大，我的脚真是名副其实的猪脚。整天肿。

Thanks to hari raya & national day, we had a full 4 days of public holiday. 心情是一半一半吧，大多数的人因该高兴才对，但也刚好我今年没去哪里，早知道因该买Bangkok机票飞走算了。 ｈｍｍｍ，也好啦，省钱年底庆生，好想赶快买机票... 我好久没爬山了，开始又怀念尼伯了。 城市让人烦恼，哈哈烦恼着早晨要吃什么.....

因为bittersweet 要出国，我们gathered 在bishan的Grub. Atmosphere and the service were really good. Lucky we got the last plate of roasted pork belly... Which was indeed delicious, pork was juicy and tender... :)

本来想一起和craven share cab... 可是包包里还有一本很想读完的super freak-onomics...还有clash of clan... 我就想塔巴士回家，可以看书，看夜景，听歌和玩CoC。已经好久没塔这么久的车程回家了，回想起以前经常得塔197来回东海岸，一路睡到乱。现在去东海岸都搭cab, 反而少了点趣味。

人生就是矛盾，以前没钱塔cab, 觉得塔巴士浪费时间，现在长大塔cab却觉得很无趣。 哈哈。我该反省反省。。。写着写着已经到king Albert park leh... 好快啊！

一回到家哥哥问我要不要吃Maggi mee...原来老爸老妈只煮了一锅卤肉和青菜。

haiz... 我的哥哥真挑食，可是过后他还是吃了。以前年轻时还会想在外面吃东吃西，可是现在下班回家看到家里煮的饭菜心里就很温暖和满足了。虽然有时还会在外和朋友吃，可是爸妈已经很明白我偶尔也要去庆生和party!!!! Haha... Of course, There are times I really didn't want them to cook my dinner, 因为我想减肥嘛！可是想想他们如果只煮三人份也蛮可怜的，难怪每次翔翔来他们都大鱼大肉。

我在想爸妈都不教.... 我不会煮菜只会煮饭，以后该怎么办？哈哈哈 不会用happycall...

我还吃了2片melon...今晚吃的真饱，哈哈！ 肚子涨涨的，感觉好舒服~ ^_^

难怪瘦不了，就是喜欢把肚子装的满满地。幸福。晚安。

这集实在好笑，最厉害的是在石一脚就把鞋子踢到黄心里。他也有很多时候challenge一次OK!!!

tomorrow going to help wk with rovers SRIC, 希望 the event goes smoothly. But still i find that SRIC is the first event introduce to freshman is a little "dry". Let's hope that the alumni can help to fire up the rovering spirits in the young ones and current rovers will slowly... one step at a time walk towards a better tomorrow, eventually a stronger and significant club in sp and able to help other in need...sad to see so little people during the kayaking trip... Rovers is like a second home to me during my poly days, knowing friends for life and makes me more outgoing and kind of shape me to i m now (into becoming round shape... hahahhaaa)...

其实我是个很内向的人-- 可是没人相信！ 哈哈... those friends that i get to know in rovers, they makes my world go upside down (well, in a good way i guess)

我以为沉静而又一成不变的poly life， 一瞬间刮起狂风暴雨。hahaa... 有点夸张！Rovers FIGHTING!!

哈哈哈... 拜legeia所赐开始玩clash of clan... 没时间写作... Lol... 我的三分钟热度也快用完了，因为starting to find it hard to attack others base. Lack of gold not enough elixir, with only 2 builder at work, waiting time = waste of time...only good thing is friend is clan leader wahaaaaaaa and clan mates keeps giving troops to keep me alive.. Lol.. Reminds me of many years back then we are playing mmorpg knights online with hteram, quite fun..all clan members gathers every night 10pm till late to kill boss get cape.. I still remember while killing boss quite a number of us-> knight, assassin, magician and cleric died.. Resurrect will incurred gold and drop exp eventually drop level I think...hteram keep screaming vulgarity at those lying there taking their own sweet time to resurrect... Wahaaa... Silly silly, we got our cape and went in to town to take group pic using print screen of course.. Knights online... Hmmm probably 6-7years ago... FUN... 

Clash of clan after all it's an ipad game, I guess it has it's limit. Look at my pathetic town... Haaa..

Me too dun like horror cos waste money... Most of the time I just cover my eyes $_$ ...they still can say its comedy... No matter what there's still lots of scaring and disturbing scene... Also Watched monster ans despicable me over the week... Bery happy...especially after watching despicable me....wahaaaaaaa... can't resist the minions sillyness.... I want an army of minions in my room... Hahaaa... Singing "I swear"....act silly all day long... In yellow and blue jumper...mumbling Spanish? Italiano? Or Portuguese...

 Hmmm... Gonna make all of us dress up as minions in our next Xmas party... Lol... Theme shall be "Despicable X"....

Hazy Singapore

Came home early after work... can't exercise cos cant breathe, can't shop cos eyes pain, can't work cos cannot concentrate, cant sleep cos too humid, can't do shit... :( so Bo liao till I went to change my FB profile pic... Lol... 

Didn't expect the haze to be that bad this year... Hitting the 300 mark last night, just now walk out of office i was engulf by the smoky heat wave, any longer outside I might just faint and become smoking pig... 

Called Ishak to discuss on soto, after that Chit chat with him.. He told me back at his place everyday raining, weather good. I said Ishak, stop burning leh... We dying here already...Just kidding with him...  Ishak being super nice and polite, he say sorry ah... Sorry Lah.... Hahaa.. I say aiyoh.. Not your fault Lah... Heheheheeeee...just want to tease him... 

Actually, I wasn't that angry with Indonesia burning the crops,neither do I blamed them for the haze... but no choice, burning is still the cheapest way to clear their land ready for crops. Just hope it rains soon or can government plant some artificial rain.... Haiz

Due to people attention on this haze issue, the 10,000 dengue cases seems like nothing compared to the 321 PSI...

记得小时的我很爱画画，不知何时忘记了铅笔和纸。手中只握着老鼠，眼前看到的只有电脑银幕。

科技的变迁不知是好是坏，现在我的iPad 拥有小时无法买到的各式各样的笔，颜色和纸，也无法满足我拿起笔当下＂发奋图墙＂的那种心情。（小时的走廊都有我的壁画）^_^

Morning badminton after that went jem walk walk... wah! super whopper tired... I didnt do much during badminton...
Such weather kill all my enthusiasm and energy.. haha... I dun remember June being that humid and 闷 （这字好可怜，它把心关在门里）...

每次看电影，夏天都有蝉，有民宿，有西瓜，有海浪，有沙滩，有椰子，有hammock, 有海风... 还有beach boys~~~ ahhhhhh~~~ Wooooooo~~~

为什么现实生活中什么都没有╮(╯_╰)╭....

KT tape

I saw people using ...but never tried it before... till today, ty generous donate a piece to me..but as usual I complaint his choice of color... come on~ he bought the green chroma color... *faint*  haha.. I sprained my right ankle last week when running on wet ground -_- haha.. thought it will heal this week, after yesterday run, it got worse.. so went online and check on how to stick the kt tape... saw the video... haha... there a illustration show where to tape.... the intro video show tape all over the body..  hands legs... body... super  夸张。anyway still dunno how to stick, it's not the common spot... as usual ty improvise and got it wrap around my feet... ty injured his Achilles tendon (sounds very cool) so he tried the tape on and told me it works for him... so i just try lah... free ma..  lol..

Hmmm after I applied the tape.. seems like it's not aching when I walk... well.. see how it goes tomorrow night... ganbantte..

See my bling bling new tape... but it's green... arrrgghhh..  good thing is i can key out... For WHAT?!? HAHAAA

Bloody red wedding

never thought that this episode of GOT wedding will end with such a bloody scene, blood spilling out everywhere...horrified me on a sunday morning -__-".... and without reading the books by grrm, i never thought they would execute SEAN BEAN in SEASON 1!!!! i was so devastated and told myself not to watch season 2... but still drawn into season 2 by the mother of the dragon.... and of cos the vfx... sad... there isn't much left to the stark family... after watching the third season, currently loving jon snow and bran... hope grrm doesn't kill jon too early in the show...

chance upon a website explains why jon has the name "snow" which initially i thought it was pretty cool....but.... 

Jon Snow: "What's my name?"

减肥时间到了

Today reached home suddenly got the urge to go running... As I blog... My dad watching "女人我最大" in the living room sure or not.... Must be snoring and meeting 周公。*Mum scolding dad again for not turning the tv off*

Stamina wasn't that good today, feeling tired than usual, stop after 3km... Must be because of Stomach no food... Went back to my block and walk up the steps.. Thought as least do some static workout train muscle haaaaa... Step by step up to my HDB L13... On my way down in the lift, bumped to a group of youngster coming into the lift... They didn't even pressed the lift to L1, well being very kind and nice, I pressed the button for them and i alighted at L2... Thinking to myself  that i must be really weird... Whole face red red...Running late at night... climb up the hdb and took lift down L2.

what to do... No time to run during the day... At night scared ppl Loh..

Fly me to BORACAY!!!!

Bought the tiger promo ticket next year to BORACAY.... can't wait to blow bubbles in the blue clear sea... 

I have always wanted see, hear, feel and taste.... Places, food, scenery, Everything that amazed me... It's been awhile I go to beaches... Minus away Sentosa and bintan, the last I remembered was at tioman... Kind of sad actually... Tioman.. Haiz.... Not redang...

Counting down my days.... 6 more months to go... Before you know it, I m already at BORACAY drinking Malibu, snorkeling in the sea, blowing bubbles and dancing in the stars.... *shake shake*

I'm a BIG BIG fan of amazing race

as well as survivor lol.... can't believe i been watching all these "1 million dollar richer" reality tv for a decade. Still loving it, currently supporting cancer survivor dad and son on amazing race!! they are really a great team and loving father and son, last week i was so afraid that they might drop out of the race due to the dad's injury. but they persevered - "one leg at a time".

They won last night race as the first team to check-in!!! fighting!!! eehhhhh... the son very good looking~~ @_@ wahaaaaaaa
