Step by step...

看了running man 好想爬楼梯。。。 哇哈哈哈哈哈哈 staircase relay!!! 想起很久以前参加了vertical marathon... 还蛮好玩的可是不能爬到rooftop, 在UOB building 的不懂几楼就没了，害我还以为爬上去有的看风景。hehe。

上个星期病了，好久好久没运动了， 惨～明天要开始跑步了。

很舍不得看完running man.. 所以一部一部慢慢的看。

这集实在好笑，最厉害的是在石一脚就把鞋子踢到黄心里。他也有很多时候challenge一次OK!!!
爱死他了！！daebak~~

tomorrow going to help wk with rovers SRIC, 希望 the event goes smoothly. But still i find that SRIC is the first event introduce to freshman is a little "dry". Let's hope that the alumni can help to fire up the rovering spirits in the young ones and current rovers will slowly... one step at a time walk towards a better tomorrow, eventually a stronger and significant club in sp and able to help other in need...sad to see so little people during the kayaking trip... Rovers is like a second home to me during my poly days, knowing friends for life and makes me more outgoing and kind of shape me to i m now (into becoming round shape... hahahhaaa)...

其实我是个很内向的人-- 可是没人相信！ 哈哈... those friends that i get to know in rovers, they makes my world go upside down (well, in a good way i guess)

我以为沉静而又一成不变的poly life， 一瞬间刮起狂风暴雨。hahaa... 有点夸张！Rovers FIGHTING!!
