左脚knee cap 隐隐痛了因该有一个礼拜了吧，朋友说是因为啤酒 gout mah haaa... celebrate holiday mah... 小喝两杯... 想看医生可是因该会给我painkiller and gel... 我也因此没运动，昨天还是冒着＂脚命危险＂去跑步，不只脚没事，它奇迹般的活了起来，没那么痛了，可能blood flow through the aching veins... Haaa... Who knows..可能明天肿更大，我的脚真是名副其实的猪脚。整天肿。
Thanks to hari raya & national day, we had a full 4 days of public holiday. 心情是一半一半吧，大多数的人因该高兴才对，但也刚好我今年没去哪里，早知道因该买Bangkok机票飞走算了。 ｈｍｍｍ，也好啦，省钱年底庆生，好想赶快买机票... 我好久没爬山了，开始又怀念尼伯了。 城市让人烦恼，哈哈烦恼着早晨要吃什么.....
