Why? They look so pretty and furry... I can't even continue to watch when the guy gut it up....

I wasn't mentally prepared "for the night watch" scene... 1st stab I was thinking not too bad he will still make it..won't die... then came the multiple for the night watch stabbing!! arghhhh.. dun kill Jon snow, else there will be nothing left to watch... :( but it seems like a dream to me. the way it was portray how ppl turned on him and the season ended hanging whether Jon snow is dead or not... Ahhh hhhhh... he is not exactly dead yet... there's still some hope...

The island with bear grylls & son of winter

recently no idea what caught over me... after amazing race and survivor ended their season.. i been watching wilderness survival series for the past few weeks and i actually prefer those over Korean drama... hahaa.. The island with bear grylls received mixed reviews from viewers but i actually liked it. Throwing 13 man from various walks of life onto a deserted island, like bear said it might sounds like a fantasy when u think of staying in a deserted island alone but there's danger lurking everywhere... the 13 castaways had to jump off the boat and swim up the shore, where they only had 2 jelly cans of water = 1 day supply, 3 machete, 3 knife and fire making rod... they had to find fresh water source, filter it then build their own fire to boil it... cool it in the seawater before drinking... damn.. that's just so much work just to keep yourself hydrated! And once the man had their water and fire the next thing they look for is food. They were starving for days surviving on coconut flesh and they came upon a caiman. when they had to put a knife through the crocodile, they broke down in tears.. me too cried silly me... in modern day when we dine in restaurant or home, the meat or chicken we got from the supermarket are already de-fur, de-organ clean, chop ready for cooking. we never ever had to hunt for our own food or get our hands dirty. The men are so desperately hungry and had to kill by putting the knife through the poor animal, makes me think twice eating meat after watching the show. :( After 4 weeks when they get back to civilization, they all seems to learn to appreciate everything more and brust into tears when they called their family to tell them that they missed them and they are safe. Well, it's like when I just landed back in changi airport coming back from ebc, i felt DIFFERENT. Everything is the same, but i just felt different. Like them, i also learnt to appreciate everything that are around me... my family, clean running water, simple home cooked food, clean bed and  home. I m glad that I am back home to my family back in Singapore.

son of winter is slightly different it featuring the bark family where his 2 sons embarking on their "becoming-a-man" rite of passage. it's extremely hard to survive in the arctic winter... their livelihood depends on hunting like the olden days primitives mens.. setting traps for the beaver, using beaver as baits...when doing their ice fishing... one of the son step through the thin ice into the icy cold water the temperature out there is minus 15... and it happened so fast that they almost lost him... show producer and his brother pulling him out and up from the ice, the next 1 hr is crucial. they had to try to keep him out from hypothermia and frost bites. frost bites are damn scary... luckily his brother know what to do.. got him striped out of all the wet clothing... put him in his own clothes and jacket, drove him back to the wooden cabin... get the fire wood and heater burning and finally got his brother body temperature and feet back..cos he keep saying he can't feel his leg...

i actually took notes of the survival tips... haaa... i m so silly... haaa

call me wun wun

last night game of throne the fight between white walker and Jon snow were absolutely mind blowing... I thought Jon gonna died... keep mumbering nonononoooooo... it's not his time yet.. the white walkers are scary bunch of zombie worst than Walking Dead.. then someone shouted run wun wun.... wow... wun wun is that thick tall giant monster... very cool... haaaa... call me wun wun...

Its been awhile since we last saw bran... he's one of the important cast too... wonder what happened after they meet the 3 eye raven...

助人为快乐之本

虽然今天又乱花钱 (是生理期害得!! 害得我想花钱) 但在等车时看到一位马来auntie手拿blind cane的在bus stop和马路间探路。有点危险但她又好像知道去哪里的样子。但我还是决定kpo一下, 问她要去哪里。我hold她的arm, 但她却说她来hold住我的比较好。感觉好亲切哦。她其实要去centrepoint, 而在这里做工13年了, 所以很熟悉这里的路行。帮了她候我从心里感谢她...让我能帮助我想帮助的人... 也希望这世间是美好的, 大家都能平平安安,开开心心的享受她。

跑吧彬彬

最近continue了我停了好久好久的PT, 每个拜二拜四，就像以前rovers一样。以前的aim是5-10km.. 现在跑3km就已经在喘气了， 上礼拜跑了过后还leg ache body ache了几天。
奇怪昨天跑了4km，今天okay wor...没ache...酱快适应了～wooo hooo... 很快就要hit到5km target loh!! Jiayou.. 人老心不老就可以了。waileng 今天send我一个vimeo link, 述说在CBD 后巷勤奋，努力and has a great positive attitude toward life 的 70+ bespoke barber... 看了有些感触。

做人要勤劳用双手努力…让我有点觉得不想休息太久，想要在再次的燃烧。会想辞职休息也是因为心灵累了，想找一找能让我再一次冲刺和燃烧的能量。还是借口呢？('～'；)

最近最经典的是我忘记带passport去Malaysia... epic!!! ㄟ(￣▽￣ㄟ)看到老妈那么担心，当我stuck在custom时我就赶快找coach ticket。本想塔最晚的可是来不急咯。我隔天一早就塔6.30am 的车去找他们。不然怪来怪去，两老的一定闹得不高兴。我是他们的和事佬几最可爱的小猪^(oo)^... wahaa...看来我还蛮厉害的。哈哈哈， 我发现一个人travel, 很多人会对你好也会和我讲话Leh.... haaa.. 我有uncle缘哈哈哈....

这次的教训会让小女子没齿难忘，活该啦!!! 哈哈哈 笑一笑，没烦恼!!♥

Just got home after MJ, had a lot of steamboat food at el place. so decided to cycle back though it's already so late... and guess what!! Me saw pancake on table!! bro make pancake with ice cream~~ how could i resist the pancake temptation....

Stand by me

昨天踏脚车从jurong到woodland.. 我差点放弃到woodland waterfront... !@#$/+×^&* 因为在woodland road stuck住找不到能踩的path..还下雨...让我detour了几次。哈哈也刚好生理期心情很容易烦躁...但还是硬着猪头向前冲!!!

er也很厉害的从serangoon blade 到woodland... 如果是我哈哈哈哈是不可能blade的啦, 我笨手笨脚的如果再跌倒猪脚就可以吃咯。可是在meet我的途中他在woodland centre不小心pua toh挂了采, lucky我有很大片的plaster!! hehe派上用场!! 看来因该是皮外伤, knee cap和手小小的毁容... 哈哈和我上次solo wheel 一样。cycle到woodland真的是有点累到, 脚车也脏到不行,回到家洗完脚车立刻就倒下了。

哈哈今天8点就起身了!! 好像老人, 比我做工还早起!! 没事做就看了stand by me小叮当...awwww~~ 好喜欢哦~~让我感动哭的像个泪人..边吃面包边喝咖啡边哭...呜呜~~我也要有小叮当的陪伴。小时看的漫画和卡通演变成3D电影, 虽然是缩短的电影版却让我莫名的想起小时看大雄与叮当的故事...反而让我更能感受到他们俩人之间的不舍。也觉的做电影版的production真的很用♡。

最近都在听《等一个人的咖啡》的歌。缺口好好听， 等一个人也不错哦。听了歌词就已经深深的感受到这部电影的内容。我好没用啊，总是被这些爱情片骗的傻傻的。虽然知道电影情结总是郎才女貌，她暗恋帅帅静静的他，一个傻傻的每天出现在她面前逗她开心但她却看不到他。她为帅帅的哭了，时有傻傻的他陪伴，突然一天发现自己莫名其妙的也喜欢上他。。。

我乱猜的，哈哈。还没看着部电影，怕九把刀又不让男女主角在一起。到现在我还是喜欢看到快乐幸福的ending。

《深夜食汤》

看来我也被auntie el宠坏了, 看到妈妈煮的汤不禁笑了笑。哈哈真是好简单的汤啊。有我爱的carrot+mushroom。看的一清二楚。好像清水! 哈哈哈。。。（*^_^*）

最近,托claire的福每次都有特别的汤喝!!! 上星期是肉骨茶,在上上个是白木耳鸡汤, 还有煮过braised竹笋鸡啦, 猪肚汤啦~~~ 好好喝哦, 看来汤是要慢慢熬。。。佩服佩服! 我也好想煮一锅热腾腾的汤请大家喝ye!!!(^(oo)^)

最近都在忙kungfu house haaa... 因为legeia给了我一个有东方不败的account!!!! ↖(^o^)↗muahahaaa... 日出东方,唯我不败!! 哈哈哈 可是还是很low level所以得多加练习, 不知何时才能有独孤求败 ♡ 慢慢等吧~

平凡之旅

Early that morning everything that took place makes me has this weird feeling hanging... it's like final desination, first thing yy told me radio mentioned some parts of jb flooding, wow flood till JB I thought Malacca might be affected as well, quickly did a check online no special news on Malacca flooding. Quickly bathe and Dash out of the my house. Went to coffee shop downstair hoping to grab some kopi and bread. Most of them were closed on Monday, nevermind I just queue at the first stall I saw selling coffee, when I was waiting for my coffee, the cleaner walk beside me drop a coffee cup right infront of me. As Chinese always relates broke plates and cups to bad omen, I thought oooh why so careless. After my drink, I went to the pancake stall, guess what the owner away on toilet break. I waited patiently for that 2slice of peanut/redbean pancake, but thought to myself, wow, is these happening just to deter me to catch my coach? Haaa.. no way I m still going... I hop on the cab and got to queen street smoothly without jam. I thought at least no jam today :) while waiting for my 707 express, I saw this punk looking ang moh rushing to the ticket counter at 10:15am saying that he reserved a ticket at 10:30am, they told him he's at the wrong bus terminal, it's at little India. O_o I hoped he didn't missed his bus. I boarded the 707 express, the woodland causeway & Malaysia checkpoint were pretty smooth traffic, but the moment we are driving to the first toll checkpoint, there's a slow down in traffic. I thought it was  common cos most car forget to top up and will jammed up the I called it "tambus 你来"... hmm I was wrong I caught a glimpse of the policeman and a huge truck, next thing I know a person lying on the floor.. my instinct immediately told me to closed my eyes shut! I m just scared to see people getting hurt on road, thats why there's a saying, 马路如虎口。hmmm then I thought why are all these bad omens happening when I m alone... :'( and it was raining that day, all the way to melaka.

Finally got to my voyage cottage, my room was small and simple. But I would say the cleanliness at kawan kawan were much better. But I m overall happy with my small little space. After I got back from my cycling, I realised the whole guesthouse was occupied by 10-15 pax from the same family. My nightmare started that very night!!!! They kept stomping up and down the staircase, shouting across the corridor, kids accidentally knock on my door... I can say my tolerance level are pretty high, but this family, they completely changed me into an angry devil hidding behind 203 cursing and swearing at them behind the thin door. I was falling asleep around 11-12,and they came back after dinner, with all the stomping and shouting with additional baby screaming and crying till 1am, I wanted to just stomp out the door and tell them off!!!! !@#$%^&* I didn't! Haaa I think I sux at confrontation. The 2nd night,guesthouse make arrangement to move all of them upstairs, but didn't help at all, the stomping continues.... I m just glad I m now on my way back to my peaceful home....

The location of the guesthouse was good, directly opposite was the famous satay stall and where I had my morning traditional coffee, bread and egg. Morning they serve breakfast. At 2pm, it will transform into a satay stall. I had 10 sticks of satay and 1 rice. I feel like monster eating 10, but the satay guy look at me and ask if I had enough? Want some more? Haaa... I got the tam chiak look I think.

Elson recommended a bike shop so I thought to go explore when its still bright. Just nice I walked past a J mini mart that rent bike,rent the white bike for 10RM a day. have to either pass her your driving license or 200RM deposit. the aunite ask if I was alone, I said "yes, why? Is it dangerous to ride around alone?" She say no, she say since I m alone she shall give me a better bike. Haaa.... I laughed and say oh, I can cycle faster!! So sweet of her. I found the bike shop the moment I turn into jalan Ong Kim wee... they don't carry tern bike, but I saw java bike selling $1400RM I want to slap myself, for the $$ I paid for my tern I can get the same bike but higher spec! ╰_╯end up buying cycling pants and bike shampoo to curb my 洁癖.(¯(●●)¯)

Second day went to makhota area to shop. Actually nothing much to see or buy, Haaa cos Xmas I just went to Tesco at JB.  Sports wear are still cheaper in Singapore as compare to Malaysia. I was also hunting for lao po bing, sister like to eat and can't find the right one the other time we came together. So my mission is to find from this photo. (My brotherinlaw in the pic, buying lao po bing)

一个人的旅行。

彬彬马六甲之旅 跑路袋

终于pack完了。 哈哈，有好多没带，相机,书本和go pro都没带上。哈哈哈哈。

没和老妈老爸说我自己去，怕他们担心。我通常是先斩后奏，去diving也是这样。尼泊尔也是。哈哈。我这么大了没什么不放心的啦。而我最近不知为何有叛逆的心态~_~ 想自己旅行。就像昨晚明明半夜了还下着雨，我还是非常固执的一心想骑脚车回家。虽然一路上雨水稀里哗啦的打在我脸上，我脑是放空的。夜晚骑车很放松很平静，享受着雨水和蛤蟆叫声，什么也不想想。只是我怕abunana来抓我。都是小时候被妈妈吓的。“你不听话等一下我叫abunana来抓你” 哈哈哈哈。

祝我马六甲旅游愉快，安全最重要！一个人旅行真的非常寂寞吗？ 哈哈哈我很快就会知道！

女人女人

最近sf问我如果有人怀疑你是同性恋,我会feel offended吗? 哈哈, 好难回答...认识我的人都懂我够肤浅,对帅哥够"色"。 但单身那么久难免会有朋友觉得是不是哪里出了问题?
哈哈。其实面对喜欢的人我还真的会不好意思的害羞。所谓的色大胆小。 而我还活在被动的年代。同事也想帮我拉红线啊, 可是会很不自然吧。爱情因该是天时地利人和才"炮"发的哦! 朋友也因该也懂我们是遇不到对的人吧,为何把人家推进"L"世界啊。以前的我还总觉得有一天"那个人"会出现,总向往着童话般的爱情故事。但现在的我有时真的觉得就这样子一个人也很好啊。反正爱情期错过了就过了, 再来就到更年期了! wahhaaaaa... *笑着流泪*

我被幸福困住了！♥

今年生日我拥有了同事们的爱待，又是气球，又是蛋糕，又是gopro. 真让我欢喜让我忧～。
还有一班猪朋狗友的祝福，真叫我不好意思的接受这些满满的生日祝福和幸福。
整个周末似乎忽略了家，幸亏星期天我便在家与家人一起过。可是我因为太累而昏睡了大半天哈哈哈。

哦！ i also watched the latest amazing race... wow this episode they finally landed in singapore!! Weeeeee....their first stop was at pulau ubin... followed by mbs... wavehouse for ff... i felt bad for the cyclist, but was really glad that the surfers got through the fast forward and won this leg of the race... i wish they win amazing race!!!... they are sooooo in love.. such a cute couple..the pit stop was at fullerton!! And I wish i was there~

三.十.一 岁的笨女人

一年一度的生日快到了! 哈哈, 今年年底过的有些不安, 有一点点胆却, 也有那种莫名奇妙的感觉。。。哎呀!!! 总之我想我是幸福的啦! ♡ 哈哈哈~~~希望我这种傻傻的幸福每年不要减哦!!! 但傻傻的肥是一定要减减减哦!!!

Mbs & sport hub + run for hope + mi band + new torch

Last weekend was really tiring as well.. hahaa.. when cycling all the way from jurong to mbs via park bouna vista connector & alexander all the way down to esplanade!! So proud of ourselves able to find the hidden connectors... and those night spent running home and participate in those run.. paid off as we were able to link up the road from bouna to commonwealth and zion road to clarke quay.. hee.. and we used to run from mohd sultan to esplanade... it rained heavily when we are halfway down the bouna vista.. haaa.. weather was really unpredictable that saturday. Sf want to catch david beckham.. haha.. i didnt want to stay and chase after beckham haaaa...
Is my first time trying to board the train and bus with my foldable tern...and guess what once i board the 502 back to jurong, rain started to pour and 天空出现一道彩虹~~~awwww... must be my day..

later part of the day meet badminton gang for dinner.. i ate like a pig.. hahaa.. starve for the whole day.. only had a morning breakfast before my cycling tour.. haha.. and so nice of auntie el to get me a torch light!! Now i have 2!!! Cos i was complaining dark when cycling.. haa.. no wonder uncle cl say he's scored 97% for facebook good husband test!!

I went back home quite late and wash bike.. hahaa.. ke lian.. slept for 2hours need to wake up for run for hope.. lucky i didnt really run a lot for the 10km.. my heart cannot take it old already... and theres more to my sunday~~2nd part of the evening i have to dedicate to my dear nephew who insisted that i owe him a BBQ...hahaa and i was a DISASTER!@#$/^&* that disposable pit that i bought from giant keep giving off thick smoke when the fire dies off...and we had to feed fire with newspaper... my eyes was super teary.. haha... only managed to cook a few nuggets and chicken...in the end.. they took all my bbq food back to the kitchen and get master chef dad to cook in his happycall... wahaaaa... it was tasty!! Nephew saw what poor yiyi went through at the corridor kept his mouth shut and happily eating the sausages.. he compliment that the ones that i cooked taste really good!! 算他有心haaa... after all that i had to mop the kitchen and living room... and in the end after dinner i immediately doze off at around 9pm!! Wow what a hectic & meaningful weekend!! Of course i would like a do-nothing weekend but keeping myself occupied and busy makes me feel good!!!!

Added a super bright torch light!!! So happy at least i'm not worried when i have to cycle back late.... and also a phone mount for GPS.. looks a bit big though.. just use for awhile and see how it goes...

Recently mix my own carriebean careberries drinks... wahaaa... strawberries, blueberries and lime... yum yum.. so far no diarhhrea...

好久没有这种感觉了

晚餐和朋友吃的好包!! 到家还要洗脚车, 因为中chewing gum! 刚刚喝了老妈前天熬的十全大补汤, 然候自己也手弄了一罐blueberries lime water aka 蓝莓神奇水。。。希望明天别拉肚子 哈哈哈。。

我好久没有身体感觉累, 心情却又有一种莫名的开心。我相信运动会使人心情愉快。♡

昨天骑到ulu pandan的parkconnector.. wah wah wah.. 好美的天骄哦!! Lighted up very nicely... spiralling down from ulu pandan to clementi.... weeeee.... it looks really pretty with lights on... *深呼吸, 享受一下*

下午踏脚车到西部的western adventure loop!#$×=%_$^&* wah seh... some of the trail are really crazy up slope and down slope esp at the bukit panjang park connector how to ride!! Omg!!... getting disjoined park connection near bukit panjang and dairy farm road and a few other places... at dairy farm we ended up going into the mountain bike trail with our foldie bike... haaa... i asked sf "dont 2 of us look cute pushing the bike in the dirt tracks" though i know we look a little bit sillyly!~~ haaa... it was nice to explore a little more on little guilin, bukit panjang, zhenghua, and choa chu kang...

Cycling can be really tiring

Today brought my tern out for the 1st ride ... ride all the way to yew tew and turn wrongly at lot 1.. haha... luckily it is day time.. learnt a few thing from this 1st trip...
1. Apply sunblock
2. Tied up hair or cut shorter  (end of the trip my hair curl at all wrong angle)
3. I need a gps!!! Haaa.. put phone infront of the bike!!
4. On my night trip back, i realise my front light is too dim for the road.. i cant really see whats infront.
5. Night cycling is really cooling & relaxing unlike noon time i sweat like a pig...

Overall experience great.. except it was quite scary to cycle along that bukit batok road in the middle of the night.. :P

My body and legs are exhausted right now, but my pig brain still awake. Energise by my workout... zZzzzzz in no time...

Weeee... i passed...but i want to cycle now.. haaa

Heee.. happy tuesday for me... passed my ppcdl theory test!! No need to study all the notes liao~~~ next thing get boat license.. dunno do what also.. maybe ride jet ski.. haaaa

See i kinda jack of all trade but master of none... why?? Haaa.. my interest switches recently... now very tempted to get a foldable bike... hahaaa... dad ask me go get an electric one -.-" i told him my friend luff at me, saying ah peh rides that... maybe my dad secretly wants a electric bicycle so he can go shengsiong easily without driving.. haaaa....

Tempted to get a tern... Damn tern bike are so pricey!! Gonna check them out this weekend!! I want to go round and round singapore park connector.. haaaa... explore the island and ride to mahjong place... haaaa...

Oh did I mentioned that I also collected my certificate to certified that I'm "30"...

Haaa.... Time really flies~~~ I m already in my thirties! the last time I had my ic, I was only in primary six... I have no idea how I grew up that fast? Just by breathing and eating and sleeping?? I grew so big.. Haaaa my primary 6 ic photo was hilarious & unglam... :P

这周末累死我了

是个吃喝玩乐的一个weekend. 从星期五开始的我就熬夜打麻将=_=。星期六也熬夜庆生,吃,喝,玩猫 *_*。今天几乎是个废人 ×_×, 哈哈哈哈。可是看到衣服一堆, 刚买的nespresso的箱子也堆在room的corner...房间像垃圾堆。吃了lunch, 不知不觉便也开始pack房间, 哇赛~灰尘还真多!! 把一些新买的衣服也洗了上来。也收拾橱里的日常用品....哈哈我也该收敛一下吧,东买西买房间里的东西是有增无减。

周彬彬你不要再买了, 坏了才买用完才买。今年起你的resolution就是用完existing的产品才买新的!!!

还有一袋袋的箱子还没收拾完。哈哈, 换了风水, 换个角度看看不知道会不会好一些~~

那天和colleague吃日本餐就谈到日本漫画!!!!
哈哈哈, 我好久没看了,想当年我也是什么anime和漫画都乱乱看!!! 为了不想老了忘记title,趁现在快快写下来吧。老了回味回味~♡

记得小时和哥哥晚上看相聚一刻 (五代~~)和orange road (有特异功能的兄妹)....原来小时的我就已经喜欢爱情故事....现在的漫画也画不出这么生活化和这样棒的爱情故事。还有, 还有我不久前才知道相聚一刻的作者高桥留美子,也是乱马1/2的作者。哈哈哈, 故事情节好不同哦!! 乱马有点变态哈哈哈一淋湿就暴露哈哈哈。

还有《凉风》suzuka 和school rumble也是我的最爱。当然我的年代也少不了full metal panic, fumoffu 可爱极了! Full metal alchemist 也夺去了我好多好多眼泪!!! 还有很多很多

High school anime My-hime...ouran high school host club... honey and clover... musical anime BECK... of course those really popular ones like naruto, one piece and bleach... we also bought the comic book for 通灵王, 棋灵王。

Cant think of any new title now.. 下次再加!!!

awesome mix vol 1 is my bedtime songs!!

Watched guardian of the galaxy tonight... woah woah woah~ totally blew me away with the humorous loving characters, vfx shots and of course the awesome mix!! And i didnt fall asleep! The trailer that i watched in theatre doesn't do the movie justice, i almost skipped this movie! 

Nowadays cinema has a special effect on me, the moment i sat on that chair when the lights out...unknowingly i will doze off into dreamland.... zZzZzzzz if the movie like GOTG that managed to capture my full attention.... haaaa it must be real good... I'm guilty of sleeping in movies like the recent transformer.. maleficent and xmen.. haaaa...

最近突然觉得我对很多country的location都不是很懂哦~ 大概大概而已, 但我希望能够给自己对的答案, 所以。。。我买了world map...

刚好kino有25% sale, (要谢谢YY啦麻烦她了哈哈) 我便顺手拿了一张看起来像map的world map.... 挂在墙上发现世界好大啊!! 我好渺小的住在sunny island singapore~~

YY非常的搞笑, 在kino走着走着, 她突然转身问我 "你会不会包书(包输)" 周末都在打麻将的我笑死了~~~回她 "choy~ 我包赢lah"

我还买了多一本书。

Into thin air描述着1996年的everest, 很intriguing所以我也因此在找跟everest有关的书。终于让我买到那本dark summit, 描述2006年在everest发生的事件。我想我不可能climb everest lah...所以从documentary和books里激发想象力!!

看着world map还有好多好多国家对我来说还是个谜!! 到底我要怎样才能环游世界80天heeeee....
