Recently added a few items to my tern... Added a super bright torch light!!! So happy at least i'm not worried when i have to cycle back late.... and also a phone mount for GPS.. looks a bit big though.. just use for awhile and see how it goes...

昨天骑到ulu pandan的parkconnector.. wah wah wah.. 好美的天骄哦!! Lighted up very nicely... spiralling down from ulu pandan to clementi.... weeeee.... it looks really pretty with lights on... *深呼吸, 享受一下*
下午踏脚车到西部的western adventure loop!#$×=%_$^&* wah seh... some of the trail are really crazy up slope and down slope esp at the bukit panjang park connector how to ride!! Omg!!... getting disjoined park connection near bukit panjang and dairy farm road and a few other places... at dairy farm we ended up going into the mountain bike trail with our foldie bike... haaa... i asked sf "dont 2 of us look cute pushing the bike in the dirt tracks" though i know we look a little bit sillyly!~~ haaa... it was nice to explore a little more on little guilin, bukit panjang, zhenghua, and choa chu kang...
Today brought my tern out for the 1st ride ... ride all the way to yew tew and turn wrongly at lot 1.. haha... luckily it is day time.. learnt a few thing from this 1st trip...
1. Apply sunblock
2. Tied up hair or cut shorter (end of the trip my hair curl at all wrong angle)
3. I need a gps!!! Haaa.. put phone infront of the bike!!
4. On my night trip back, i realise my front light is too dim for the road.. i cant really see whats infront.
5. Night cycling is really cooling & relaxing unlike noon time i sweat like a pig...
Overall experience great.. except it was quite scary to cycle along that bukit batok road in the middle of the night.. :P
My body and legs are exhausted right now, but my pig brain still awake. Energise by my workout... zZzzzzz in no time...
Heee.. happy tuesday for me... passed my ppcdl theory test!! No need to study all the notes liao~~~ next thing get boat license.. dunno do what also.. maybe ride jet ski.. haaaa

Watched guardian of the galaxy tonight... woah woah woah~ totally blew me away with the humorous loving characters, vfx shots and of course the awesome mix!! And i didnt fall asleep! The trailer that i watched in theatre doesn't do the movie justice, i almost skipped this movie!
Nowadays cinema has a special effect on me, the moment i sat on that chair when the lights out...unknowingly i will doze off into dreamland.... zZzZzzzz if the movie like GOTG that managed to capture my full attention.... haaaa it must be real good... 自从去了EBC就对Everest充满着好奇心。到底Everest summit长的什么样， 会让千千万万的人为她着迷，也为了登上世界最高峰而丢失了性命。 due to the recent avalanche, discovery showing bear grylls everest after the avalanche... mr bear summit Everest at the age of 23... In the show, they did mentioned the Everest incident that happened on 1996, i vaguely remembered what i read when we were back in Kathmandu. We bought the book "into thin air" from a book store in Kathmandu, and got hooked with the content... although the description of Namche, Tengboche and Gorak shep was in 1996, trekking through the same place in the year 2010... everything they describe in the book i can actually paint a vivid image in my mind... There's an upcoming movie "Everest" based on the book into thin air.. Looking forward to it!!!
remember the dad and son cancer survivor team i supported in season 23... :) they are back in all star season, can't get enough of them, they are in their winning spree for the past week, coming first last week and this week!! really hope they win amazing race, amazing race won by amazing people :D
deadliest catch is back for the 10th season yeahhhhh, i still remembering my favorite captain phil :,( i wish he's still around driving cornelia-marie.. miss him so much... recently i took up ppcdl course not that i will get to run a crab boat in anchorage... i wish haaaa! I want to know how it feels like behind the wheel house, like those captain.... Well well, although last saturday i was only driving a small craft don't really have a wheel house....人因梦想而伟大嘛....wahaaaa...overall that day i was pretty good at doing "man-over-board" rescue haaa...i didnt really revise my note due to mad rush at work last week & i felt bad about it. :( But, i had a great boating experience with major tan! wish we could have know him earlier in our poly life, it would have made a whole lot of difference to our rover troop. But we can't be too greedy k, he's a busy man and still willing to fork out his precious saturday and sunday for us... thank you thank you!~
Last week while watching "the good wife" i got a shocked!!!! a real shocked!!! I cried when i saw will gardner lying dead on the hospital bed.. cold dead.. damn!!! Are you kidding 1@#%@%^&* you kill my favorite character in the show... why? why? why? why do you have to kill him after 5 f***king season!!! kill them straight off the 1 season like game of throne i won't be that ANGRY..... ARRRRGGHH...
without him "the good wife" will not be the same again...:(((((( i m so sad.. that's why i hate sad ending... not gonna watch the series again... my willlllllll... .
Haaaa... My fav reality tv show calling... to Mt kinabalu!! Recent episode they flew from Msia to Sabah and did water rafting with bamboo.. Don't think they have time to go to the summit.. Heeee... Envy~~ why fly past Singapore and didn't stop by for a clue box :(
last Sunday I had my first power boat theory lesson with major tan aka "tiger" he is one of the pioneer that formed sp rovers, he shared a lot of inspiring stories of him being a president scout, in navy mine demolition, in navy commanding big big ship,he topped the class when being sent to Germany for submarine training.. Involving himself in Singapore river, marina barrage dam... Etc etc... His achievement list can go on and on... & he is a scout!!! His lesson were very engaging and I didn't doze off at all!! Look forward to the practical lesson next month... I Haven't been actively involved in scouting movement since poly days, but I do remembered my first jamboree in sarimbun camp 真的让我大开眼界。my poly days were really memorable and I m proud I say "i am scout"..though I can't fit in my scout uniform anymore..heeee... Major tan is giving back to the society passing his knowledge to the young scouts... 好伟大啊。 我也想，可是我没什么好give back的，can I pass down my silly laughter and my passion in singing campfire songs!! I'm love to set fire loh.... Haaa... And 伸出援手... Becos of rovers I didn't regret going to poly...so I also hope the current young ones do enjoy as much as I do when they 还年轻... Have a sense of belonging...
Stupid dumb dumb me brought my handphone to stand up paddle... I should have just throw it in my bag pack.. As usual the super careless me didn't seal up the waterproof phone case after I took it out to take photo.. After the paddle, I realised that my phone is half submerge in salt water in the water proof bag hanging on my neck...ooh How cOol was that..... Haaa.. It's was really an expensive SUP lesson, el dropped his go pro 3 when he took it out to take photo... I felt indirectly responsible heee... cos I did mentioned to bring it to record more video... But really like he say, 他跟go pro 没缘 Lah.... xtt must have felt bad too.. Cos they took it out to take photos... Saw the couple from the next session, pass it to the instructor.. Makes total sense to do so.... Haiz.. Too bad dun have googles, else can dive in and look for it, cost close to $500... Not mine I also heart pain.. (｡-_-｡) well, we go back to the same spot every Sunday, hope it hit back to shore.. Muahaaaa.... Speaking about heart pain... My s3 ahhhhhhh... Why why why.... Can reverse time??? Now I wish for a time machine or be hiro nakamura.. Save the cheerleader and save the world~
When I was doing the surgical operation on my s3, this songs was playing.... a very touching and sad song.. Exactly what I want to tell my phone... "Say something, I'm giving up on you.... I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you"...... After I saw the internal organs of my galaxy s3.... Speechless... "and I will swallow my pride, You're the one that I love, And I'm saying goodbye...." Haaa... Total mess... Parts are corroded by the ~\?!#%{,<€^£* east coast sea water... Brutal!!

I spent my entire sunday sleeping through my food poisoning sickness... mopping the kitchen at night, cos as usual after my top chef papa peformed a wonderful dinner for us, the kitchen floor usually end up in a dirty mess.
Today papa know me best, He cooked peanuts, vege, luncheon meat and egg (all my fav) for dinner. This is the first time i ate so MUCH after the food poisoning nightmare... after my piggy dinner, i began to start clearing half of my china weird-smelling clothing from my bag, sweeping and mopping the floor in the middle of the night... & i feel that i m cinderella!!! Haaaaa.... so where is my prince charming♥ come rescue me from my dirty clothing and dishes... bahaaaaaa
We decided to go ahead with the 2days 1 night trek to hutiaoxia via the naxi ppl route. We got this trek info from the mama naxi guesthouse, we tried asking around but none of the travel agent knows what we talking about and keep telling us it's dangerous.. haaa... we went back to mama naxi for this unforgettable trek... truly recommend this trek to those who visit lijiang or shangrila..the trek was really enjoyable and view was stunning~~
We started around 12 noon at qiaotou, the bus ride took around 2.5hours.. we deposited our bags at jane's guesthouse, only 5 rmb per bag. With only our day pack and water we trek towards the naxi guesthouse as the route marker for resting before the 28-turn. We walked for almost 3hrs then finally we reached the naxi guesthouse, we still have 4 hrs before we reached halfway teahouse our target is halfway.. :) on the way we met a lots of trekkers from all over the world, there's a brazilian and sweden lovely couple whom we took the van ride together.. as well as this cute canadian siblings we even bumped onto them in shangrila. Such a coincidence!! The brother damn fit!! Haaa carrying both their belonging and trek up the 28-turns.
Speaking of the 28-turns, it seriously not as bad, but it shouldnt be taken too lightly either. The villagers keep coaxing us to get up to their horse, until the point they stop asking i guess i m pretty near to the top. Its not as bad as namche in nepal i thought, namche is 2 hours of ascending up up and up.
Walking the path of hutiaoxia, the view is magnicient, the snow capped mountains, the greenery, the blue water that runs through the mountains, is like experiencing 4 season in a trek. Love it, feel it, live it. By 6pm, we hit the teahorse guesthouse, well that means we have to do some night trek to halfway, halfway is 2hr plus away, i was very concerned with the night trek, luckily the 4 of us got there safe and sound. The night sky is amazing, the sparkling stars, never get to see that living in the city. I captured that in my mind and gonna keep it with me forever.
We had beer and celebrated with the lovely couple. I had a wonderful dinner full bowl of rice!!! I must say the halfway guesthouse room was pretty decent. There's this kid who is pretty entertaining, cant help but smile at him everytime i look at him.
Next day, We set off slightly later than the rest toward tina guesthouse, reached there at 2pm. We decided to booked a van to shangrila after we trek down the tiger leaping gorge. well in the end my decision of going down the gorge myself seem an act of impulse. But i did balance the pros and cons and it seems like the only options to me.
On my way down the tiger leaping gorge, i asked if this is what i wanted but dragging others along wasn't what i wish therefore it's better that i m off on my own. as i descent deeper into the gorge, i began to regret, slapping myself in the face why do i agreed coming to this trip serve me right going down the gorge by myself. 我化悲愤为力量 哈哈. Every resting stop i came to, the villagers ask are you alone? I nodded and 我的心坠入谷底 haaaa as deep as the tiger leaping gorge. One even volunteered to help me take a picture of me with the gorge since i m all by myself.
I just took a few pic and left the beautiful tiger leaping gorge. Took me almost 2 hrs up and down the gorge, very pretty but very tiring also.
never never let others tell you what's great up or down there, you've to find it out yourself, for that you will feel much greater than ever. **I wrote the above just to make myself feel better... that day I felt terrible, mentally and phyically challenged.I could have and should have stop my blunt words and cough up with a better reply that could save the day. My unintentional comments hit my friend like a plague, making her felt even worst. That moment I thought I m the most evil person in this tiger leaping gorge, no matter what I say or do I m doomed. And to make matter worst I don't know what came over me perhaps anger. I went running down the tiger leaping gorge alone, leaving my friends behind. I m angry with myself, thinking I have murdered our friendship and kill this trip... and my friends too... haha cos they seems to think that I die die also want to go down, but rovers taught me 1 for all all for 1...we will enjoyed more as a group.. trekking solo down the gorge is like killing me slowly..was a little lost at some point, unlucky a friend caught up and save me from calling 911... After the end of the trek, on the car to shangerila, I just keep my head down and kept quiet for a very very long time...as the night falls and coldness kicks in... tears just kept rolling down my face... I finally gave up fighting and surrendered... I m emotionally drained...(x_x)***
so glad that amy and jason won the race!!! they truly deserved it, not that the other team don't. what i really saw from them is true team work, lots of love and patience~ amybeen very nice to travis and nicole team, helping nicole along the way in a lot of challenges.. nicole stumbled whenever travis starts getting impatient and shout at her... they did quite well at the beginning of the race, i was quite surprised they got weaker and weaker... i always like team amy and jason, both strong in their own ways.. I'm so happy for them... last leg of this race brought them to juneau, alaska. usually at the last leg there's a lot of physical challenge, so they did some ice climbing, digging & kayaking... One of my personal favourite was to watch the finale route info challenge to differentiate the winner before the finishing line. it has always got to do with the order of the countries they previously visited, I remembered there was once they need to spell "hello" in the various languages, the clothing of the people who greet them on the map... Or even how well they know each other in the race...
Therefore all the contestant will always jot down the countries they visited, the people who greets them on the mat, the language, the sight and sound. This time round, great! They surprised me with the currency of the countries, personally I think it wasn't too bad compare to some really brain wreaking challenge which are ridiculously hard to complete.
This is my last night in korea... thoughcant bear to switch off my holiday mode.. i miss my bed, my room and my lovely 家。wonder if mum & dad got miss mebor.. haaa.. i usually dont call home or tell them i reach safety or not unless i go mountain area haaa...
My birthday trip to seoul is quite a lot of shopping and eating... make me realise i m not really a cosmopolitian girl, i love walking in a city just to feel the vibrant and energy, the culture, the people... but shopping trip is really tiring, esp in the cold bitter winter :) luckily i've got the company of the 2 warm sweet thoughtful friends which make up for the lip biting coldness..
I did some self control in those korea cosmetic shop initially but later on realise the only things that are cheap here is the masks & cosmetics therefore ended up getting quite a bit which you have no idea is for who yet but just buy incase you dont have enough when you get back... haaaa
Cant wait for my year end lijiang trip, as i heard shangrila is the closest to heaven.... the view must be awesome♥

Why did i agree on so many trip during year end? Haaa... but overall i think its pretty good to be able to enjoy 3 different kinds of vacation... its been awhile since i went to beaches... 好怀恋沙滩与大海。it's been awhile since i dive, guess if i really want i will need a refresher course in boracay...
