Great documentary on the michelin 3 star chef... makes me want to eat his sashimi if i'm in tokyo... but need to book in advance....per meal starting from SGD 470 and depends on the seasonal fish...
"the sushi looking so normal yet the taste is so profound..." i wonder what this means? hmmm... how profound and different layers of the taste will presents in the single mouthful of sushi? personally i don't eat raw meat...seldom taste sashimi at all... but i dying to try this sushi... i wonder how would the feeling of eating jiro's handmade sushi taste like? what layers of taste will explode in my mouth? will it be like those cartoon exaggerate version of swimming in the ocean with fishes all saying hello to me?
haha... but can't afford such an luxury meal... maybe when i grow old and retired... i get to taste the jiro's 2nd generation sushi... hope they do continue with the 3 michelin stars...
